Who We Are

Trina Lal (she/her), B.A.

Founder of Legally Lal Coaching, Certified Legal Coach, Designated Paralegal, and BC Provincial Instructor 

Trina was born and raised in Surrey, BC and speaks English and Hindi. She graduated from high school and went on to Simon Fraser University to obtain her Bachelor's in Criminology along with a Legal Studies and Forensic Sciences Certificate. Upon graduation, Trina pursued the Paralegal program at the University of the Fraser Valley. Trina was voted Vancouver's Top Legal Assistant in 2021 and has been working in the legal field since 2019. Trina has taught the Paralegal and Legal Administrative Assistant program at CDI College and continues to teach the programs at Western Community College while also working as a Paralegal. Trina continues to stay up to date with amendments in the Law by taking seminars and courses to better assist her clients. Trina has extensive experience in working with individuals one on one to assess their needs and achieve their goals.
